Anxiety

Most of us have experienced some form of emotional problem at some point in our lives whether it is a period of stress or anxiety or more severe problem such as depression. or at least can identify something we would like to change within ourselves maybe a phobia or a habit such as smoking or nail biting.

Statistics from the Mental Health foundation report that 1 in 4 people will experience some kind of mental health problem in a year, with Depression and Anxiety the most common.

Many problems that people experience will often have an anxiety element and although anxiety and stress can be helpful to provide motivation to solve problems and help to keep us alert; too much or a prolonged period of anxiety can cause problems in our lives.  Continue...
